How recommendations, visibility and corrections work

Zante (Zakynthos) App is built to stay independent, practical and revisable. That means route and stay recommendations remain editorial, commercial visibility stays visibly separate, and sea, access and conservation-sensitive details are handled with more caution than stable public facts.

Editorial standards

1

We do not sell best-of positions inside guide pages

A business relationship does not automatically create a featured place inside beach, stay or west-coast planning pages. Editorial usefulness comes first.

2

Commercial visibility should remain clearly labeled

If a partner slot exists, it should appear as partner visibility rather than disguised neutral advice. The guide is not meant to blur that line.

3

Stable public facts are checked before publication

Settlement geography, official names, durable access details and other stable public facts deserve stricter checking before publication.

4

Marine-park rules, sea state and west-coast access require caution

Protected beaches, boat access, sea conditions and cliff-side timing can change whether a recommendation still makes sense. In those cases, useful caution matters more than false certainty.

5

Recommendations can change when the island reads differently

If access changes, if conservation rules shift or if local quality drops enough to alter a route, a recommendation can be revised or removed.

6

Corrections help most when they are specific and local

The strongest correction names the issue clearly: wrong access, outdated restriction, weaker quality, incorrect location or a sequence that no longer fits Zakynthos well.
